ABOUT LTC SHED CONSTRUCTIONS

Family owned shed builders in central Queensland

Luke and Teah Clare have been building sheds out of Emerald since 2022.

How LTC started

We started the business in Emerald in 2022.

It grew the way things do out here. Someone needed a shed, we said yes, and then someone else rang. Word gets around.

What hasn’t changed since then is how we go about it. We turn up when we say we will. We do the job properly. We clean up after ourselves and leave the place better than we found it. None of that is complicated. It’s just how you should treat people, and it’s why most of our work now comes from someone who knows someone we’ve built for.

We’re a family business and we intend to stay one. Big enough to take on a serious build, small enough that you’re not a job number.

OUR SLOGAN, EXPLAINED

What "any shed, any size, anywhere" actually means

It’s on the truck and it’s at the top of every page, so it’s worth explaining what we mean by it.

Any shed. We’re not limited to one range or one catalogue. Farm sheds, machinery sheds, workshops, hangars, carports, garages, awnings off an existing building. If it’s a steel structure, it’s in our wheelhouse.

Any size. From a single carport through to a full industrial build. The engineering changes, the approach doesn’t.

Anywhere. Emerald is home base and central Queensland is where most of our work sits, but we travel for the right job, and we’ve built well outside the region.

It isn’t a line we picked because it sounded good. It’s a description of what we do.

Have a look at the sheds we build to see the range.

The team

Luke runs the tools and the builds. Teah runs the office, the quoting and the scheduling.

Alongside them is a small crew of builders, plus the concreters, electricians and earthworks operators we’ve worked with long enough to trust on a client’s property.

We keep the team small on purpose. It means we know every job that’s running, and you’re never explaining your shed to someone new.
